Step 1: Register

Print the Registration Form. Fill out form and mail in with cheque for registration fee.

Step 2: Confirmation

Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email from the Pink Ring Committee. This email will contain a link to the Calgary Health Trust's online donation system, where you can create your own page and solicit donations by email.

Step 3: Pledge Form

Participants are welcome to use the Calgary Health Trust's online donation system and/or the printed pledge form above.

Participants using the hard copy form must deliver form and funds Saturday April 2, 2011 between 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Triwood Community Arena (Hall) .

Each participant is asked to raise a minimum $100.00, however most participants will raise much more.
